Christmas Mood at tHe Spring
We hadn’t gone out for a date for quite some time. I kept on bugging Orange that I wanted to go to tHe Spring, one of the shopping mall here in Kuching, to fulfill my window shopping desire. We always had excuses like being exhausted after work and lazy to go out once reached home. Yesterday, we finally went to tHe Spring. I was thrilled!
It’s just few more days before Christmas. I suppose tHe Spring has the best Christmas decoration in the Kuching town. It looks grand and you can get the Christmas mood here. But of course not as grand as those in Orchard Road of Singapore.

This year, the theme used by tHe Spring for the Christmas tree decoration is blue + white. I think it’s beautiful.

We can only have fake tress here. Gigantic Christmas tree spotted, but not as grand as those in KL’s shopping malls. Can you spot me in the pic?

Orange was doing his “assignment”. I told him to snap as many photo as possible and will help him upload to this blog. All the photos here were taken by him, except for two which have him in it.

There’s a Christmas Bazaar here, selling Christmas related items.

Many Christmas decorations available and these angels are part of them.

Shinning igloos – these are actually booth for different parties to exhibit their Christmas related stuff in conjunction to the Christmas Bazaar.

Beautiful “castle” – a feel of White Christmas.

Orange was so concentrate with his “assignment”. He actually took some very nice photos here.

Featuring bakery products from The Gingerbread House.

Ho ho ho~ Merry Christmas!!

Cute cakes!

Crunchy gingerbread man.

Bun with Christmas tree design at RM2.50 each. A bun for RM2.50, it definitely distorted my judgement of whether it’s expensive for a bun, but look at its design – just so cute!

The Santa bun.

Green donut.

Another place which we enjoyed visiting was MPH book stores. Yea, that’s me. Great offers available in the bookstore. I’d love to get some books as collection but I’m not that rich.

I was thirsty and hungry. I was being very mischievous for persuading Orange to have dinner / supper with me at Sugarbun. I had fried macaroni – very Asian style. It’s delicious.

Orange had rice with asam fish head.

I’m not suppose to eat at night, not to say late night like 9pm. This is most sinful act I ever did for the past 5 months. You know, I’m doing my slimming project, yet I was eating ice cream – for the first time since I started my diet plan!!

Tall ice cream which is only RM1.50!!
I was and still satisfied for the visit to tHe Spring. I enjoyed snapping photos (will post those photos taken by me in my own blog) and spent time together with Orange. Hope he did enjoy himself too!
